Noida Seeks Developer for ₹4,526 Crore Convention & Habitat Centre in Sector 94

The Noida Authority has invited proposals from private developers to develop a proposed ₹4,526-crore Convention and Habitat Centre in Sector 94, marking a major step forward for the long-awaited project. The authority has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

Spread across 25 acres near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the project is planned as a mixed-use commercial and cultural destination that could become a major gateway to Noida. It will include a state-of-the-art convention centre, exhibition facilities, retail outlets, offices, a hotel, serviced apartments and residential spaces. The development will also have parking capacity for around 7,180 vehicles.

According to the authority, the convention centre is expected to be completed within 30 months of awarding the project, while the complete development is targeted for completion within seven years. The layout and building plans have already been approved, allowing construction to begin after the developer is selected.

For Noida, the project could strengthen the city's commercial, hospitality and business infrastructure while adding a significant mixed-use development to the Sector 94 corridor.
