Noida Authority Approves ₹85 Crore Flyover to Connect Sectors 148 & 150

The Noida Authority has approved an ₹85 crore flyover to improve connectivity between Sectors 148 and 150 across the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The proposed flyover will be approximately 500 metres long and is expected to address the connectivity challenges faced by residents and commuters in this rapidly developing part of Noida.

The new flyover will provide a more direct cross-expressway connection and improve access between Sectors 148, 149, 150, 151, 152 and 153. Better connectivity is expected to make daily travel easier while supporting the continued development of this important residential and commercial corridor.

From a real estate perspective, the infrastructure project is significant for Sector 150 and surrounding areas. Improved road connectivity can increase accessibility to residential projects, commercial destinations and upcoming developments. It may also strengthen the area's appeal among homebuyers and property investors looking for well-connected locations in Noida.
