The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is launching a new land-allotment scheme for 19 plots near Noida International Airport, covering educational and corporate development. The scheme includes 10 plots for schools and nine plots for corporate offices.
The school plots are located across Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22E, while all nine corporate office plots are situated in Sector 22E. Applications for the scheme can be submitted until October 16, with separate e-auctions scheduled for the school and corporate-office plots in November.
The school plots range from 8,000 sq m to 14,100 sq m, with reserve prices ranging from about ₹14.22 crore to ₹23.41 crore, depending on their size and location. The registration amount has been fixed at 10% of the reserve price.
For corporate offices, YEIDA has offered nine plots of 1,000 sq m each in Sector 22E. Eight plots have a reserve price of ₹5.44 crore each, while one has a reserve price of ₹6 crore.
The scheme adds another layer to the development taking place around Noida International Airport and the Yamuna Expressway, with institutional and corporate uses expected to expand alongside the emerging airport-led region.
