The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched separate schemes for 20 plots near Noida International Airport, comprising 10 plots for group housing and 10 for hotels. The move comes as demand for residential and hospitality development rises around the newly operational airport.
The group housing plots are located in Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22D, with plot sizes ranging from 11,513 sq m to 50,600 sq m. The allotment rate has been set at ₹52,500 per sq m, with the largest plot carrying a reserve price of around ₹265 crore.
For hotels, YEIDA is offering six plots in Sector 29 and four in Sector 28. Plot sizes range from 3,100 sq m to 10,000 sq m, with the largest plot having a reserve price of about ₹91 crore.
The development is significant for the Yamuna Expressway real estate market, as new housing and hospitality projects can strengthen the emerging airport-led economic ecosystem. YEIDA has also highlighted the upcoming EPE-Yamuna Expressway interchange, which is expected to improve regional connectivity.
For buyers and investors, the latest land schemes indicate growing institutional and developer interest in the corridor. However, location, approvals, infrastructure and project fundamentals should be assessed before making an investment decision.
