Suraksha Group has announced plans to complete and hand over 20,000 homes in Jaypee Wishtown, Noida, by May 2028, offering a potential timeline for thousands of homebuyers who have been waiting for their properties for years. The project has remained under construction uncertainty following the insolvency proceedings involving Jaypee Infratech.
According to the company, 84 of the 159 stalled towers have been completed, while work continues on the remaining towers. The development is one of the major stalled housing projects in Noida and its progress is closely watched by existing homebuyers and the wider real estate market.
