The Noida Authority has auctioned five commercial plots for a combined ₹3,300 crore, reflecting strong demand for strategically located commercial land in the city. One of the biggest transactions involved a 12.5-acre plot in Sector 108, which was won by M3M India for ₹1,839 crore. The winning bid was around 120% above the reserve price, according to the report.
The auction is significant for Noida's commercial real estate market as developers continue to show interest in locations offering connectivity to the Noida Expressway and other major NCR hubs.
The strong bidding response also indicates that developers are willing to commit substantial capital for large commercial development opportunities in established and emerging business corridors. The Sector 108 transaction, in particular, represents one of the largest land deals in Noida in recent years.
For the property market, such auctions can provide an indication of developer sentiment towards Noida commercial real estate and future business growth. However, high land prices can also increase project development costs, which may eventually influence commercial property pricing.
